In the past 2025, despite the unprecedented challenges of wartime, ATB Corporation retained its long-standing title of the largest and most responsible employer in the industry.
2,354 new jobs were created at the enterprises of the ATB Group of Companies during the year. Thus, thousands of Ukrainian families in this difficult time for the country received stable work, social guarantees, official wages at a competitive level, a real opportunity for career growth and, thanks to this, have confidence in the future.
As of the beginning of the new 2026, the total number of employees of the ATB Group of Companies exceeded 60 thousand people, more than 48.5 thousand of whom are employees of the corporation's flagship enterprise – the retail chain "ATB-Market". ATB's personnel policy is based on a clear understanding that the company's most valuable capital is people.
It is a pity, but the war does not stand aside. Already almost five thousand employees of ATB have changed their uniforms for military equipment and stood up to defend our country. Unfortunately, more than 300 of them paid the highest price – they gave their lives in the fight for freedom. About 500 were injured to varying degrees of severity.
ATB has already implemented a general corporate program to support war veterans. According to the company's regulations, from now on, all employees who participated in the defense of the country since 2014, completed their service and returned to work or found a job for the first time will have veteran status. The budgets of all enterprises of the ATB group include funds for material assistance to veterans, which will be paid once a year, and also provide targeted material assistance for veterans from the GDP fund in case of force majeure.
As of January 2026, 694 employees with veteran status were employed at the enterprises of the ATB group of companies. Of these, 263 were demobilized military personnel who returned to their jobs at the company, and 431 were people who came to work at ATB for the first time.
