ATB Corporation offers career development opportunities. To promote that goal, the company has performance appraisal system in place. If the overall evaluation in an annual appraisal comes out to be positive, the employee is guaranteed career promotion!

PERSONNEL POLICY PRINCIPLES IN ATB CORPORATION ARE BASED UPON CLEAR-CUT CRITERIA

  • Transparent – appraisal system and career growth model are clear and obvious to every employee,
  • Fair – evaluation results and continued performance are taken into account,
  • Historical – professional competencies being equal, the employee with a longer record of service is provided with wider opportunities for career development.

Career growth model in ATB-Market Company is as follows: store managers, in consultation with HR managers, evaluate the performance and make a decision on including A players or top talent, those with the best performance ratings, in the talent pool. Employees who are part of a talent pool may get promoted to a higher position. These employees are offered further training for free.

For every position of career path, different training curricula are in place. The employees either take on-the-job traineeship with the mentors providing them support and guidance or receive training at the corporate training centers. Based on the results of employee training, a decision is made on whether or not the employee is promoted to a new position.
