CONFECTIONERY FACTORY "KVITEN"

Confectionery factory "Kviten" is one of the leading multifunctional enterprises in the food industry of Ukraine. The factory has been successfully operating in the confectionery market of Ukraine since 2001 and specializes in the production of flour and biscuit-cream confectionery, both by weight and in packaged format. Every day, the enterprise produces 27 tons of various confectionery products.

Since 2010, the "Kviten" factory has also been actively developing the direction of food packaging and has multifunctional production facilities for this purpose. Every day, 350 tons of more than 100 types of food are packaged at the factory.

The products of "Kviten" Confectionery Factory LLC are produced under the trademarks of TM "Kviten", TM "Sweet Dream", as well as VMT of the company "ATB-Market", TM "Svoya Liniya", TM "Smart Choice".

Biscuit and cream products, croissants, muffins, oat and butter cookies, marshmallows, kozinaks, cereal bars, as well as wafer products are produced under the ATB-MARKET company's TM at Kviten CF.

At CF "Kviten" strict control of product quality and safety is carried out in accordance with DSTU ISO 22000:2007. The company's laboratory daily tests more than 30 types of incoming raw materials and up to 10 types of packaging material, as well as controls more than 30 types of manufactured confectionery products.

The total production area of CF "Kviten" is about 31 thousand square meters. The total number of employees of the confectionery factory as of the beginning of 2024 is 1,615 people.

CF "Kviten" has multifunctional modern production facilities for the production of confectionery products and packaging of food products.

The enterprise has three workshops:

  • Shop No. 1 – production of biscuit and cream, puff pastry, butter, sugar and pastille products
  • Shop No. 2 - production of waffle products and grills
  • Shop No. 3 – packaging (sugar, cereals, pasta, spices, nuts, tea, snacks)

CONFECTIONERY MANUFACTURING OF KF "KVITEN"

Today, the "Kviten" factory produces a variety of confectionery products in three main groups:

  • Biscuit and cream: cakes, pastries, rolls, muffins, croissants. More than 50 items in total.
  • Cookies and waffles. More than 20 types of products: butter cookies and cookies with filling, oatmeal cookies, chocolate wafer bars and waffles.
  • Oriental sweets. These are kozynaks, cereal bars and marshmallows - more than 10 types in total. 

PACKAGING WORKSHOP OF "KVITEN" CF

The production capacity of the workshop is 600 tons per day of packaged products. Today, the factory packs more than 100 types of bulk products of the following product groups:

  • Cereals (more than 30 types)
  • Spices, seasonings (more than 30 types)
  • Tea, Coffee (more than 20 types)
  • Pasta (more than 13 types)
  • Snacks (7 types)

The total area of the workshop's production site is more than 20,000 square meters. m.
