Now each visitor of 1214 ATB stores can use an electronic service that allows you to leave a review using a smartphone, or an offer simply by scanning a unique QR code.

How does the digital book of reviews and suggestions work?
Using a smartphone, the buyer needs to scan the unique QR-code of the store, which is located in the "Consumer's Corner".
Fill in a special feedback/suggestion form and click on the LEAVE A FEEDBACK tab.
All issued messages are registered in the CRM system and processed by the company's specialists in accordance with the current business processes.
It should be noted that since 2006 a call center has been operating in the company for all visitors of ATB stores. You can leave your comments and suggestions by calling the Hot Line 0-800-500-415.
