ATB group of companies that is developing the same-name retail chain in Ukraine, on 25th October executed the deal with INTENSIVE LLC on a purchase of the warehouse complex with total area of 20.6 sq.m. located at: 335, Shevchenko St., Lviv, Ukraine. The Company is planning to redesign the premises in order to bring it to the standards of “A” category.

Multifunctional logistic complex is not only supposed to satisfy the needs of ATB retail chain in the Western Ukraine but also will create over 1,000 new work places and modernize the adjoining infrastructure".

As Borys Markov noted, ATB retail chain keeps demonstrating a high growth rate. The Company plans to launch another 100 new stores by the end of the year. Expansion of the Company’s presence in the Western Ukraine and a notable growth in Southern regions of Ukraine are among the top priorities.
At present, ATB retail chain has been the leader of Ukrainian retailers.
Since the beginning of the 2017 year, 57 new discounter stores were launched by ATB Corporation, 25 of which are located in the Western Ukraine. More than 5 thousand new work places have been created during the first half of the year.
ATB group of Companies keeps its leading positions on the amounts of taxes and duties paid to the budgets of various levels and special reserves. During the first half of the current year, the ATB group of companies has paid the total amount of 3.25 Billion UAH as taxes and duties. It is the highest figure in the industry.
According to the State Fiscal Service, ATB group of companies is listed among the top 20 national taxpayers.
