"ATB" is getting closer to the consumer

The network launched a chatbot in Viber

The largest Ukrainian retailer "ATB" has launched a  chatbot in one of the most famous and popular applications for safe communication – Viber. ATBOT will show the nearest stores, talk about discounts on products, open vacancies, and help to contact the hotline operator. The bot is available to all Viber users who wish to be aware of the latest ATB network news.

ATBOT is a part of a strategic plan for the digitalization of the network and was developed as part of a project to automate customer appeals to the ATB hotline. Its goal is to improve the quality of customer service. The chatbot started working on November 12, 2019 and in two weeks responded to messages from more than 5,000 buyers of the ATB chain of stores.

The project was implemented on the basis of the Corezoid Process Engine in cooperation with ATB digital transformation partner – Middleware (USA).
