The sports and recreation complex is located on the river bank in the central part of the Dnipro city.
The total area of buildings of the SC is 3 749.7 square meters, the area of the property is 2.7319 hectares. The infrastructure of the SC includes multifunctional sports and cardio areas, gyms for group workouts, open and closed AQUA and SPA areas, tennis courts, mini-football fields, and an outdoor terrace restaurant.
