On the website of the ATB Corporation on April 18, 2020, the article "An official statement of the ATB Corporation on the inadmissibility of fraudulent actions around the project of targeted assistance to socially vulnerable groups of the population" (Internet link https://atb.ua/ru_RU/section/novosti-korporatsii-4/article/ofitsialnoe-zaiavlenie-korporatsii-atb-o-nedopustimosti-moshennicheskikh-deistvii-vokrug-proekta-adresnoi-pomoshchi-sotsialno-nezashchishchennym-sloiam-naseleniia-132) posted information about the team of Igor Butkov from Severodonetsk about the assignment of the initiative to implement the project of targeted assistance to socially vulnerable groups of the population and thus solving their political ambitions.

The information disseminated by the ATB Corporation in its article was based on materials (information) posted in the public domain, namely, on Facebook in the Typical Severodonetsk group by Yana Miroshnichenko, which have not been verified for certain by ATB Corporation (Internet link  https://www.facebook.com/groups/616981728437771/permalink/1838834296252502/).

ATB Corporation declares that the information about Igor Butkov's team specified in the article "Official statement of ATB Corporation on the inadmissibility of fraudulent actions around the project of targeted assistance to socially vulnerable groups of the population" Igor Butkov in particular, the following information is unreliable:
